           Operating Rooms

            TRSC has 5 large and modern refractive surgery rooms for LASIK, PRK, Phakic IOL and cataract surgery.

            Examination rooms

TRSC ensures that efficiency of service is combined with the most accurate data acquisition.  Therefore, we have specialized rooms for all of our most advanced equipment that record the most sensitive eye measurements.  Our examination rooms are modern and fully equipped, allowing our surgeons to use only the best equipment to evaluate patients. 

            Multimedia room (LASIK educational center)

This wide and comfortable area is dedicated to provide information about TRSC and the science of LASIK to all of our patients.  Patient education is an important aspect of service and treatment, and TRSC has designated more than ten computers to help our patients understand the surgery and process.

            Comfortable and relaxing dilation room

            For both pre-LASIK evaluations and annual eye check-ups, patients will have eye drops instilled to dilate their pupils.  This will allow a complete and thorough check of the health of the eyes.  The dilating eye drops require approximately 15 minutes to take effect, and TRSC’s dilation room provides a relaxing atmosphere while you wait.  This room is equipped with comfortable, luxurious massage chairs and includes a view of Lumpini Park, dim lighting, and aromatic scents to provide a cozy and enjoyable setting.

            ‘At home’ Corner

            TRSC has arranged a variety of beverages and snacks for patients and family members in a relaxing and warm atmosphere. We provide you with a self-service beverage area where you can prepare your own hot and cold refreshments and enjoy a variety of delicious snacks free of charge.

             Internet Corner

            TRSC provides computers and free internet services so that you can play games, check your email, and surf the internet while you wait. We also provide a choice of both Thai and international newspapers and magazines.

            Game Zone

            TRSC has 4 game machines in the waiting room to provide entertainment for children and adults.

            TRSC Museum of Spectacles

             TRSC has established the “TRSC Museum of Spectacles”, the first and only in Thailand which collects glasses as a memorial from every patient who has had vision correction surgery at our center.  There is also information about the historical development of LASIK in Thailand, as well as a display of different types of glasses from around the world. The glasses of His Excellency, General Chawalit Yongjaiyud, a former prime minister of Thailand, was the first pair to be displayed here.

TRSC LASIK Educational Center

           TRSC’s Educational Center provides LASIK and eye information through a multimedia presentation. Patients and guests are presented with interactive multimedia through a perfect picture and sound system.

 Your Personal Counselor 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

          TRSC is proud to present our team of highly trained international patient counselors. Speaking your language, they are well versed in all aspects of your treatment and will be able to help you with any questions you may have. When you first walk through our doors, you will be assigned a personal counselor who will be with you for the entire duration of your journey with TRSC. He or she will accompany you before, during and after your surgery and will be available 24 hours a day for your benefit. TRSC is very proud to be the only center to provide this service. Aside from helping you with matters regarding your surgery, your personal counselor will also be on hand to assist with travel and logistics arrangements, and administrative support like the preparation of your medical summary.           Our professional call center team provides information about eye health, refractive error, and all of our treatments in order to cultivate understanding. This service can provide instant and accurate answers to any questions you may have about eye health, our surgeries, and our clinic.

            - Through knowledge, research, and experience, TRSC’s team of ophthalmologists have hand-picked the best laser technology for patients. Every machine is tested daily for accuracy and taken care of by specialized engineers for the most effective treatment.

            - We have a variety of microkeratomes to choose from for patients with different eye characteristics. The Orbscan, which measures the corneal curvature, is one of the important measurements to determine if you are a suitable candidate for LASIK.

            - We have a complete and accurate patient data system for collecting patient information, with an on-line computer system networked to connect our entire clinic. This ensures highly accurate information and efficient management.
